Groups & Workshops Supporting Perinatal Mental Health Needs

Reproductive Grief & Loss Monthly Support Group

A 60-minute in-person support group.

For moms who have experienced miscarriage, stillbirth, or infant loss.
Grief like this does not follow a timeline, and it is not something you have to carry alone or explain to people who do not understand. This group is a space to be with other moms who know exactly what you mean when words run out.
Led by myself and bereaved mother/best friend, Jeanette Soriano, this space is held with deep compassion for the realities of reproductive loss and the mental health weight it carries.
You do not need to have it figured out. You just need to show up.

Understanding Perinatal Mental Health Monthly Workshop

A 75-minute in-person workshop for new and expecting parents

Nobody hands you a manual for how your mind might change after pregnancy or birth. This workshop is that manual, the one piece of honest information so many parents wish they had gotten sooner.
This monthly session covers the basics of perinatal mental health in plain language. You will learn what conditions like anxiety, depression, OCD, and psychosis can actually look like, what helps, and when it is time to ask for more support. Jess will also walk through coping strategies, medication basics, sleep hygiene, and where to find real resources if you need them.

This is not about diagnosing yourself. It is about knowing what is normal, what is not, and that you do not have to figure it out alone.

Babies are always welcome.

Mom Parts Salon

A 75-minute in-person therapeutic workshop for postpartum moms.

Motherhood does not erase who you were before. It adds parts you did not expect, some tender, some exhausted, some quietly grieving the life you used to have. This workshop gives those parts somewhere to go.

This session is based on the Mom Parts Method, developed by author Jessica Tomich Sorci in her book When Good Moms Feel Bad. Using an Internal Family Systems approach, Jess will guide you through a 5-step process toward self-compassion, helping you meet the different parts of yourself with curiosity instead of judgment.

Babies are always welcome here. But we also encourage you to come alone if you can. This time is for you.
