Choosing not to work with insurance allows me to create a more intentional and personalized therapy experience for you. Insurance companies often require a mental health diagnosis and limit how care is provided. By staying out-of-network, I’m able to prioritize your autonomy, privacy, and the kind of support that truly fits your unique journey.

I can provide a superbill for clients who wish to use out-of-network benefits.

I offer both in-person and virtual services.

I have limited spots open for in-person. My availability for in-person is on Tuesdays only, located at my Capitola office (830 Bay Ave, Captiola, CA 95010).

I can occasionally offer in-home sessions for established clients during early postpartum period. If you have questions about that, please bring it up during our consultation.

I have a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you contact me to reschedule or cancel prior to the 48 hours, you will not be charged.

If you cancel or reschedule within the 48 hours of your appointment, or you no show, you will be charged the full session fee.
